Featured listings
Featured placements and promotional visibility may be subject to additional pricing.
Duplicate payments
If you believe a duplicate charge has occurred, please contact support for review.
Refund reviews
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Certain payments may be non-refundable once promotional visibility or listing exposure has started.
Failed moderation scenarios
Openlet may decline listings that breach platform standards. Refund handling will depend on the circumstances of the submission.
